Benjamin 9 months

I just took your 9 month pictures and were more interested in the leaves. Benjamin you are crawling everywhere and you can pull yourself up to stand. You are starting to walk along the couch now. You have 4 teeth( 2 top and 2 on the bottom). You are 23lbs and so active. You still wake up a couple of times a night and I will be so happy when you sleep all night. Your favorite activity is to ride the lawn mower or 4 wheeler.   You love to be outside and you kick your feet and scream when we go toward the door. You love to swing in your swing outside and watch the big girls on the trampoline. You said your first word this week and it was  Da da. Of course, your daddy is so happy and you have said it a million time since then. I keep saying momma but you insist on saying Da Da!!!

Halloween 2012

 As with every day, we started Halloween with a full day. Kristin had her Fall Carnival at School in the morning. They had a petting zoo with lots of animals and pony rides. Inside school, they had games and crafts. She had so much fun!

 She wanted the reins. She was telling the lady that she could ride by herself. Lol

 I kept laughing at the sheep that is trying to eat her coat.

 This is our house decorated for Halloween this year.

We started Trick or Treating at 3:30 on Main Street and then we hit our subdivision. We had so much fun this year. Jeremy drove the truck and we rode in the back on blankets. Benjamin loved playing with the glow sticks. We Trick or Treated  until  8 pm and Kristin was so funny this year. She wanted to ring every ring bell(doorbell) and then race to the next house. Needless to say, we have way toooooo much candy.

This is our in between Trick or Treat snack. Van and Megan(our adopted grandparents) always bring the kids such cute treats.

Happy Halloween. 

Standing tall!

I am greeted each morning by this smiling little boy. He wakes up and throws his pacifier on the floor. Then, he waits for us to rescue him! He is pulling himself up and he will be standing in his crib when I come in. We had to lower the crib because he was trying to escape! I am not ready for him to walk. Mommy is still getting over the fact he is crawling! My baby.........not yet!

7 months

Little man, you are getting so big! You have 2 bottom teeth and you are sitting.  You are trying to crawl but your mommy is not ready for that. We have not baby proofed anything and you are so busy.  I think you are trying to keep up with your sisters because you are not happy to be left behind. You love to wave at everyone when we are shopping and you are sitting in the cart! You love to clap and you are such a happy baby!

17 days until.....

Benjamin 2 months

Benjamin you are 2 months and weigh 16lbs 10 ozs. You are such a big boy and off the weight charts.  When we go out, people  always comment on your chubby cheeks. When I say you are 2 months, they just laugh. You are wearing 12 months clothes and a size 2 diaper. I am buying size 3 next time because 2s are a little small. You are giggling and cooing now and you think  your sisters are hilarious!!You are still getting up every 2 hours at night and you think you are starving. Bath time is still a favorite of yours.

Spring Break 2012

Our bestest fraaands in the whole world came to see us!!!

We sure do miss these guys and we  can't wait to see them again in June!!

I'm learning to make cards and here are a couple I am playing around with.

6 weeks

We took Benjamin to the Doctor this morning and my guess of 11lbs was completely inaccurate. Our little guy was almost 14 lbs. He was actually 13lbs 14ozs. Our little meatstick(Jer's nickname) is growing fast.

6week stats:

Head: 15.5 inches               54%

Weight: 13lbs 14ozs            97%

Height: 23 3/4 inches            95%

 We were playing in Kristin's playhouse today( It's 80 degrees) and I snapped a few quick pictures.
