Happy Halloween 2011

Happy Halloween!! The girls had a great time collecting candy this year. Some of the neighborhood kids met in the front of our house to play before trick or treating.

Oh my...School pictures!!!

The girls had their school pictures a couple of weeks ago and as usual, it's a story! Lauren is going thru this phase where she wants to pick out her clothes and do her hair a certain way and by the way, she can rock a side ponytail. On picture day, our school usually spreads the pictures out over a couple of days. Lauren had pictures on Tuesday and Anna had pictures on Wednesday. This is nice for me because I get 3 girls ready in the morning and our mornings are crazy. Lauren picked out a super cute outfit with leggings and we put her hair up with a bow and I spent about 20 minutes on her hair. She looked adorable. Well, I get the pictures back this week and I'm looking at them wondering what happened to Lauren. As she was waiting in line to get her picture taken, she decided to put her hair up in a ponytail....herself. Nice.... this is the picture that is going in the YEARBOOK and it will go into thousands of homes!! I think she is the only 1st grader that decided to redo her hair on picture day. Lauren, I love you!!!
